How I handled nausea on the weekend without changing everything

Sharing this because I searched for the same thing last month. I was not sick enough to feel dramatic about it, but it made the day feel harder than it needed to be. I am week 1 and my main issue was nausea, especially around work lunch. What finally helped was moving coffee later. I also kept my three things simple: nausea, hydration, low appetite. No big reset, just less improvising. I still have to pay attention, but it feels less like guessing now. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

Same here. The thing that changed it was planning a backup snack before I needed it. The boring answer worked for me.
This sounds familiar. I stopped chasing perfect meals and just tried to hit a minimum. I am week 5 on Ozempic 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
