Main issue: hair shedding and realizing my intake had been way too casual. I know hair is complicated and not always one thing. But looking back, I had three months of very low appetite, random meals, and no real protein floor. I was happy the medication was working and did not want to admit I was under-fueling. I am now tracking protein first, adding strength back slowly, and trying not to buy every hair supplement I see. If shedding started for you, what did you look at first?
