GLP-1 stomach pain: what I changed after low-lit couch

This is from a low-lit couch with a water glass, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am pre-start on Planning GLP-1 start, and stomach pain has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: pairing the habit with something already in front of me. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make stomach pain work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.

Following because I am in the same spot. I stopped chasing perfect meals and just tried to hit a minimum. My main issue has been injection day. That sounds frustrating but fixable.
This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. I am week 28 on Compounded tirzepatide 10mg, so my timing may be different. Sending solidarity from another tiny-meal person.
