GLP-1 stomach pain: what I changed after low-lit couch
This is from a low-lit couch with a water glass, which is exactly why I am posting it. It is a normal-life thing, not a perfect routine. I was trying to make a clean plan work in a very normal, cluttered day. I am pre-start on Planning GLP-1 start, and stomach pain has been the thing that tells on me first. The fix was small: pairing the habit with something already in front of me. It did not make the week perfect, but it made it easier to repeat the next day. Leaving this here in case someone else is trying to make stomach pain work in the middle of a regular day instead of a clean reset.
