GLP-1 routine: protein got easier after one small change

Sharing this because I searched for the same thing last month. I was waiting too long to eat and then trying to catch up all at once. I am pre-start and my main issue was protein, especially around day two. What finally helped was keeping Greek yogurt ready. I also kept my three things simple: injection day, nausea, protein. No big reset, just less improvising. It did not fix everything, but I stopped dreading that part of the week. If you are in the same window, maybe try changing one boring variable before changing everything.

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. I learned the hard way that greasy leftovers and dose day are not friends. My main issue has been plateau. The boring answer worked for me.
This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. I would message your prescriber if it feels sharp, severe, or keeps getting worse. I am week 71 on Zepbound 15mg, so my timing may be different. That is one of my main issues too. I am saving this thread.
