GLP-1 routine: protein got easier after one small change
Sharing this because I searched for the same thing last month. I was waiting too long to eat and then trying to catch up all at once. I am pre-start and my main issue was protein, especially around day two. What finally helped was keeping Greek yogurt ready. I also kept my three things simple: injection day, nausea, protein. No big reset, just less improvising. It did not fix everything, but I stopped dreading that part of the week.
