Does low appetite get worse after a Wegovy dose increase?

Quick question from the passenger seat between errands. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 8 on Wegovy 1mg, around 210 lb right now, and low appetite is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I would leave the house without eating because nothing sounded good, then get shaky in the middle of a store. I am considering making a small shake before I leave, even if I only finish half, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Any shelf-stable options that do not taste too sweet?

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. A week-by-week log helped me see it more clearly.

Same here. Walking after dinner was annoying but weirdly effective. I am week 21 on Zepbound 10mg, so my timing may be different. My main issue has been plateau. That is a good question for a check-in too.
