Can we compare notes on Zepbound food noise before I overthink this?

Would love to hear what helped if you have been through this. I am week 74 on Zepbound 12.5mg, currently around 127 lb, and the thing bugging me is food noise. It is not unbearable, but it is distracting enough that I keep thinking about it. My main tags right now would be maintenance, food noise, protein. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. Was there one habit that made the biggest difference?

I had a version of this. I would message your prescriber if it feels sharp, severe, or keeps getting worse. Hope it settles down soon.
This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. I am week 5 on Zepbound 5mg, so my timing may be different. You are not the only one.
