Can we compare notes on semaglutide constipation before I overthink this - 1mg dose notes?

I need a reality check from people who are actually living this. I am week 7 on Wegovy 1mg, currently around 177 lb, and the thing bugging me is constipation. It comes and goes, which makes it harder to know what actually caused it. My main tags right now would be constipation, protein, dose increase. I am trying to keep protein and water steady, but I do not know if I should change timing or just give this week some space. How long did it take before it felt less intense?

Following because I am in the same spot. My clinic told me to call if I could not keep fluids down, so I keep that line in my head. I am week 71 on Mounjaro 12.5mg, so my timing may be different. That is a good question for a check-in too.
