Can protein show up more on the dose increase?

Quick question from a desk drawer with emergency snacks. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 17 on Wegovy 1.7mg, around 243 lb right now, and protein is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I kept treating it like a motivation problem, but the pattern was really about where I was and what I had ready. I am considering planning around day two instead of pretending it would be normal, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Has anyone else found that protein is more about timing than willpower?

This was my week two. Protein early in the day made the afternoon less shaky for me. I am week 2 on Semaglutide 0.5mg, so my timing may be different. Hope it settles down soon.
Following because I am in the same spot. For me it was less about willpower and more about having something simple ready. I am week 2 on Ozempic 0.25mg, so my timing may be different. Hope it settles down soon.
