Can injection day show up more on the dose increase?

Quick question from a kitchen timer beside soup. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 10 on Wegovy 0.5mg, around 222 lb right now, and injection day is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. The moment made me realize I needed a cue I could see, not another plan in my head. I am considering choosing the boring option before I got too tired to decide, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Is there one thing you always keep nearby now because of injection day?

This is the kind of detail I wish I had earlier. I learned the hard way that greasy leftovers and dose day are not friends. My main issue has been nausea. That is a good question for a check-in too.
