Can dose increase show up more on the dose increase?

Quick question from the pharmacy counter after work. This is the kind of thing that does not show up neatly in a search result. I am week 20 on Wegovy 2.4mg, around 137 lb right now, and dose increase is the part I am trying to troubleshoot. I would pick up the refill and then act surprised that I had no simple food at home. I am considering stopping for bland dinner basics before I let myself go home, but I do not know if I am overcorrecting. Do you keep shot day food boring on purpose?
