These Terms of Use govern your access to BodyM websites, mobile applications, community features, AI features, tracking tools, supplement commerce, subscriptions, and related services.

By creating an account, using BodyM, posting in the community, starting a subscription, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

BodyM is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Do not use BodyM if you are under 18 or if applicable law prohibits you from using the service.

BodyM helps users organize GLP-1 related information, including weight, shots, dose timing, symptoms, photos, meals, supplements, community context, and AI-assisted educational summaries.

BodyM does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, adjust medication, monitor disease, replace medical judgment, or provide emergency care. Always follow your licensed clinician's instructions for medication, dosing, side effects, labs, contraindications, and treatment decisions.

• Do not use BodyM for emergencies. If you have severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, dehydration, allergic symptoms, chest pain, fainting, or other urgent symptoms, contact emergency services or your clinician immediately.
• Do not use BodyM to decide whether to start, stop, restart, increase, decrease, split, or substitute GLP-1 medication.
• AI outputs, community posts, supplement suggestions, and educational content are informational only and may be incomplete or wrong for your specific medical history.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and deciding what to discuss with your clinician.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account and profile information, keep your email current, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

BodyM may allow you to log weight, medication, dose, injection site, side effects, symptoms, meals, supplements, photos, goals, notes, and other wellness information.

Tracking tools are for personal organization and trend review. BodyM does not guarantee that logs, charts, predictions, reminders, or summaries are complete, accurate, or appropriate for medical decision-making.

BodyM AI features may use your account information, logs, community context, and question history to generate educational responses, summaries, and suggested next steps to discuss with a clinician.

AI features are experimental and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You should review AI output carefully and should not rely on it as medical advice, a diagnosis, or a medication decision.

BodyM community areas are for peer support and practical experience sharing. Community content is created by users and does not represent medical advice or BodyM's endorsement.

You keep ownership of the content you post, but you grant BodyM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the service.

• Do not post private information about another person, unlawful content, harassment, spam, medical misinformation presented as professional advice, or content that encourages unsafe medication use.
• Do not use community posts to sell medication, trade prescriptions, provide dosing instructions, or impersonate a clinician.
• We may remove content, limit accounts, or suspend access when content creates safety, legal, security, or community integrity risk.

BodyM may offer supplement packs, third-party products, subscriptions, trials, discounts, and checkout links. Product descriptions are educational and commercial information, not medical recommendations.

Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration unless a product label or manufacturer says otherwise. Read product labels, allergen information, ingredient lists, and usage directions before purchase or use. Ask your clinician before using supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have medical conditions, take medications, or experience side effects.

• BodyM product copy should describe nutrition, hydration, comfort, routine, or wellness support only when we have a reasonable basis for that claim.
• Supplement products are not GLP-1 medication, do not replace prescribed treatment, and should not be used to manage urgent symptoms.
• Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping, product availability, and subscription terms may change.
• Checkout, billing, subscriptions, and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
• If a free trial is offered, the checkout screen will describe the trial period, renewal price, billing cadence, cancellation path, and any material restrictions.

Paid features may be offered through in-app purchase providers, app stores, Stripe, or other payment processors. Your purchase may also be governed by the payment provider's or app store's terms.

Unless a checkout screen, app store rule, or applicable law says otherwise, fees are charged in advance and may be non-refundable after the subscription period begins. You can cancel future renewals through the billing provider used for purchase.

Auto-renewing subscription offers will disclose the renewal price, billing period, trial period if any, and cancellation path before purchase.

BodyM may integrate with third-party services for authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, AI model routing, email, shipping, support, Apple Health, Google Fit, or similar functions.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, outages, or content.

BodyM, our designs, software, logos, AI characters, content, layouts, product names, and related materials are owned by BodyM or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit the service except as allowed by law or written permission.

• Do not access BodyM using bots, scraping, automated abuse, credential stuffing, or attempts to bypass security.
• Do not upload malware, interfere with the service, or attempt to discover source code or non-public APIs.
• Do not use BodyM to provide regulated medical services unless you have a separate written agreement with BodyM.
• Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information.

BodyM is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific weight loss results, symptom improvements, supplement outcomes, AI accuracy, estimated predictions, or community response quality.

Weight loss and GLP-1 experiences vary by person. Past results, community stories, charts, or examples do not guarantee your results.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BodyM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal decisions based on content, or medical outcomes arising from your use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update BodyM and these Terms as the product, laws, or business model changes. If changes are material, we will provide notice when required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe continued use creates legal, security, safety, billing, or community integrity risk.
